Overall happy with the direction.
Main concern at this point is whether we’re making enough long term bets while optimizing for revenue.
Also wondering how we might evolve our approach to hiring given the hot candidate market. A couple ideas:
Start building relationships with candidates well before we’re hiring for the role.
Ensure we’re using the board effectively in closing key candidates that will have significant impact.
