DOTW - Spicy Tuna Ciabatta

Upcoming DOTW will be Spicy Tuna Ciabatta. A solid start with a number of encouraging customer comments. Here’s one from Castello Lounge ‘I loved it- basically a tuna sandwich but oh my it was so much more!’. Consistent FIB focus points look to be a lack of filling/not enough tuna and bland/not enough flavour. A few important points to highlight
X2 bonzer scoops should now have been auto-allocated to all sites. Please ensure one is kept on cold side for tuna mayo portioning (x3 levels scoops per sandwich)
Remember the tin size has temporarily changed from 800g to 400g – this means we must ensure x2 400g tins of tuna are used for every tuna mayo batch.
Chipotle salsa is a big driver of spice and flavour in this dish. A great batch to check on your sites visits.

Pressed ciabatta – 3/4 mins ALWAYS USE PRE BAKED
Toasties – 6/7 minutes TURN HALF WAY
Half toasties – 3/4 minutes TURN HALF WAY
