This self-audit helps you surface bottlenecks, clarify hidden motivations, and reframe what’s blocking you — often before you even get to the assistant.
It’s designed to:
Reflect on your current level of agency across 9 core dimensions
Identify where you feel stuck or strong
Build a small, personalized experiment to move forward
You can use your answers directly with GPT, Claude, or Perplexity for follow-up coaching.
