Attitude - the way that you think and feel about somebody/something; the way that you behave towards somebody/something that shows how you think and feel
Behaviour - the way that somebody behaves, especially towards other people
Workmate - a person that you work with, often doing the same job, in an office, a factory, etc.
Employer - a person or company that pays people to work for them
Policy - a plan of action agreed or chosen by a political party, a business, etc.
Relationship - the way in which two people, groups or countries behave towards each other or deal with each other
Tolerance - the quality of being willing to accept or tolerate somebody/something, especially opinions or behaviour that you may not agree with, or people who are not like you
Benefit - an advantage that something gives you; a helpful and useful effect that something has
Influence - the effect that somebody/something has on the way a person thinks or behaves or on the way that something works or develops
Hire - to give somebody a job
