Anxiety. What is it and how to live with it

Anxiety - a mental health problem that causes somebody to worry so much that it has a very negative effect on their daily life.
Apprehension - worry or fear that something unpleasant may happen.
Disorder - an illness that causes a part of the body to stop functioning correctly.
Cortisol - a produced in the body that is used in drugs to help with diseases of the skin and muscles.
Awareness - knowing something; knowing that something exists and is important.
Relaxation - the state of feeling calm and not anxious or worried.
Technique - a particular way of doing something, especially one in which you have to learn special skills.
Breathing - the action of taking air into the lungs and sending it out again.
Visualization - the act of forming a picture of somebody/something in your mind.
Medication - a drug or another form of medicine that you take to prevent or to treat an illness; treatment involving drugs.
