Development - the steady growth of something so that it becomes more advanced, stronger, etc.
Harbour - an area of water on the coast, protected from the open sea by strong walls, where ships can shelter.
Cosmopolitan -​ containing people of different types or from different countries, and influenced by their culture.
Vibrant - full of life and energy.
Drought - a long period of time when there is little or no rain.
Cityscape - the appearance of a city or urban area, especially in a picture; a picture of a city.
