Agenda - a list of items to be discussed at a meeting
Bullet point - an item in a list in a document, that is printed with a square, diamond or circle in front of it in order to show that it is important. The square, etc. is also called a bullet point.
Effective - producing the result that is wanted or intended; producing a successful result
Highlight - to emphasize something, especially so that people give it more attention
Boost - to make something increase, or become better or more successful
Leadership - the state or position of being a leader
Crucial - extremely important, because it will affect other things
Attention - the act of listening to, looking at or thinking about something/somebody carefully; interest that people show in somebody/something
Get down to - to begin to do something; to give serious attention to something
Get across - ​to be communicated or understood; to succeed in communicating something
Distraction - a thing that takes your attention away from what you are doing or thinking about
Conclusion - something that you decide when you have thought about all the information connected with the situation
