Pressure from work life

Anxiety - a mental health problem that causes somebody to worry so much that it has a very negative effect on their daily life.
Mindfulness - a mental state achieved by concentrating on the present moment, while calmly accepting the feelings and thoughts that come to you, used as a technique to help you relax.
Breathing - the action of taking air into the lungs and sending it out again.
Overwhelm - to have such a strong emotional effect on somebody that it is difficult for them to resist or know how to react.
Face - if you face a particular situation, or it faces you, you have to deal with it.
Fear - the bad feeling that you have when you are in danger or when a particular thing frightens you.
Thoughts - a person’s mind and all the ideas that they have in it when they are thinking.
Assertiveness - the quality of expressing opinions or desires in a strong and confident way, so that people take notice.
Cognitive - connected with mental processes of understanding.
