Panic attacks: How and why they are here and ways to resolve them

Symptom - a change in your body or mind that shows that you are not healthy.
Cause - a reason for having particular feelings or behaving in a particular way.
Anxiety - the state of feeling nervous or worried that something bad is going to happen.
Self-esteem - a feeling of being happy with your own character and abilities.
Breathe - to take air into your lungs and send it out again through your nose or mouth.
Mindfulness - a mental state achieved by concentrating on the present moment, while calmly accepting the feelings and thoughts that come to you, used as a technique to help you relax.
Visualize - to form a picture of somebody/something in your mind.
Distraction - a thing that takes your attention away from what you are doing or thinking about.
