Decisive - able to decide something quickly and with confidence.
Accountability - the fact of being responsible for your decisions or actions and expected to explain them when you are asked.
Pressure - difficulties and worries that are caused by the need to achieve or to behave in a particular way.
Empathy - the ability to understand another person’s feelings, experience, etc.
