How to make time when you have no time

Schedule - a plan that lists all the work that you have to do and when you must do each thing
Cut out - to stop doing, using or eating something
Waste - to not make good or full use of somebody/something
Distraction - a thing that takes your attention away from what you are doing or thinking about
Delegate - to choose somebody to do something
Routine - the normal order and way in which you regularly do things
Disciplined - ​able to control the way you behave and to make yourself do things that you believe you should do
Prioritize - to put tasks, problems, etc. in order of importance, so that you can deal with the most important first
Track - to follow the progress or development of somebody/something
Note - a short piece of writing to help you remember something
