Posture - the position in which you hold your body when standing or sitting.

Sedentary - (of work, activities, etc.) in which you spend a lot of time sitting down.

Strain - an injury to a part of your body, such as a muscle, that is caused by using it too much or by it.
Stretch - to put your arms or legs out straight and contract your muscles.
Strengthen - to become physically stronger.
Treatment - something that is done to cure an illness or injury, or to make somebody look and feel good.
