Distraction - a thing that takes your attention away from what you are doing or thinking about.
Alternative - a thing that you can choose to do or have out of two or more possibilities.
Breathing - the action of taking air into the lungs and sending it out again.
Impulsive -
Resist - to stop yourself from having something you like or doing something you very much want to do.
Temptation - the desire to do or have something that you know is bad or wrong.
Restriction - the act of limiting or controlling somebody/something.
Willpower - ​the ability to control your thoughts and actions in order to achieve what you want to do.
Resolve - a determined desire to achieve something.
Gratification - the state of feeling pleasure when something goes well for you or when your desires are satisfied; something that gives you pleasure.
