Self-improvement - the process by which a person improves their knowledge, status, character, etc. by their own efforts.
Overcome - to succeed in dealing with or controlling a problem that has been preventing you from achieving something.
Fear - the bad feeling that you have when you are in danger or when a particular thing frightens you.
To-do list - a list of tasks that you have to do.
Awareness - knowing something; knowing that something exists and is important.
Visualize - to form a picture of somebody/something in your mind.
Strength - a quality or an ability that a person or thing has that gives them an advantage.
Declutter - to remove things that you do not use so that you have more space and can easily find things when you need them.
Curiosity - a strong desire to know about something.
Self-care - the act of caring for yourself, for example by eating and sleeping well, taking exercise and getting help so that you do not become ill.
