Taste - the particular quality that different foods and drinks have that allows you to recognize them when you put them in your mouth.
Delicious - having a very pleasant taste or smell.
Sample - to try a small amount of a particular food to see what it is like; to experience something for a short time to see what it is like.
Sip - to drink something, taking a very small amount each time.
Grape - a small green or purple fruit that grows in bunches on a climbing plant (called a vine). Wine is made from grapes.
Vineyard -
a piece of land where grapes are grown in order to produce wine; a business that produces wine from the grapes it grows in a vineyard
Savour - to enjoy the full taste of something, especially by eating or drinking it slowly
Cuisine -a style of cooking
Quality - the standard of something when it is compared to other things like it; how good or bad something is
Landscape - everything you can see when you look across a large area of land, especially in the country
Palate - the ability to recognize and/or enjoy good food and drink
Recipe - a set of instructions that tells you how to cook something and the ingredients (= items of food) you need for it
