Intern, Human Resources

The Intern, Human Resources works directly with the HR team and business stakeholders to identify quality talent, plan and execute hiring plans to support the Group’s continued growth. You will work on an array of roles across hospitality, culinary, retail, e-commerce, and corporate services, and collaborate across teams to champion industry and academic outreach.
Beyond talent acquisition, you will play an important part in assisting the team and the company with pre-opening operations and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
You will primarily champion our recruitment and outreach efforts:
Execute group-wide end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding
Identify and develop relationships with quality talent in the industry
Pro-actively develop and maintain meaningful relationships with industry and academic partners and be in the know of industry trends and milestones
Develop collaterals pivotal for talent attraction and employer branding
Spearhead career fair activities
Champion social media outreach for our recruitment activities
Participate in the development and implementation of new HR technology across the group
Any other collaborative special projects within and across teams
Qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of local employment regulations
Excellent communication, people engagement and analytical skills
Enjoy being in a ever-changing, fast-paced hospitality scene
Loves pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
Grabbing the bull by its horns, taking challenges head on and not back away
