Task Reminders
There is an automation created to send the owner an email the morning a task is due. This is designed to provide reminders on tasks for clients. There is a task list on each profile sorted by it’s owner. It is important to mark a task as “Done” to stop the automation from sending an email, make sure all information is filled out
Client Handed off to Delivery
Once a client has been marked as “Handed off to Delivery Team”, Coda creates a client on the Encompass Brain with the information included. A client that has been handed off is someone you have sent the welcome email to
Set as Live
On the Encompass Brain, once Lexi has marked a client as live, an automation runs to update the status on the master doc. It also triggers the “Live” toggle as well as marks the days date in “Date Live”. This will also trigger this account to start gaining commissions and send an email to the owner of the account. It is important to mark yourself as the owner of an account to remain updated and receive your commission
Update a Cross Docs
Lexi has created an additional automation that changes the status of an account on the Encompass Brain when updated on Strive. This automation works both way to ensure a consistent status across all for
Client Drops Out
When a client cancels their website, they will be set as inactive. This automation marks the date they became inactive and sends an email to both the rep & Briana. Also adds a column to the drop out list to calculate how long they were a client
1 Year Anniversary
