Instruction for packaging

Personal Protective Equipment will need to be worn during packing to follow compliance.

Please first wash your hands and put on the following items prior to packing:
Gloves

Masks (N95 is not necessary, a regular surgical mask is enough)

Preparation

Print supplements labels (Each Pill Blister Card needs one label)
Need to print it on A4 paper. (Each A4 paper will have 4 labels, please use a paper cutter at the copy shop. We need 50 labels and since each print has 4 labels, you need to print 13 times)

Print USPS shipping label (We will provide PDF via email once we get shipping addresses from participants, you will have a few USPS shipping labels to print on first packing session, but it won’t be total 50 labels at once, since we are still recruiting participants)
Get USPS shipping boxes (We will need you to try it first to see which box fits better)
Please ONLY try ‘PRIORITY MAIL BOXES’ (See the example)
