Recipe for Vegan Broccoli and Onion Frittata for 4 people

Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it's soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the nutritional yeast, almond milk, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the cooked vegetables and stir until everything is coated.
Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray and pour the vegetable mixture into it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the frittata is set and lightly browned on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
