S.A.R ー Situation. Action. Result.

Situation
Provide sufficient background information for the interviewer to understand what you did and why it mattered.
Don’t overwhelm them with information.
“We were working on a project for a key client.” Sufficient.
Action
Focus on what YOU did. Don’t talk about what your “team” did.
Result
Explain the results of your actions.
How did you help your team or company?
How did people respond?
When possible, quantify your impact.
My actions led to a 10% increase in user retention.
