NPS Calculator

Measure how likely your customers are to refer your product using this NPS Calculator

What is NPS?

Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is used to measure customer experience and loyalty to your brand. NPS surveys typically ask “How likely is it you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?” based on a scale from 0 (least likely to recommend) to 10 (most likely to recommend).
🤩 Promoters are customers who give your product a 9 or 10 rating.
😕 Passives are customers who give your product a 7 or 8 rating.
😡 Detractors are customers who give your product a 0 to 6 rating.

How is NPS calculated?

NPS = % of Promoters – % of Detractors
At Coda, we can use to add up the number of promoters and detractors from your survey and calculate your company’s NPS. To use this calculator, change the values in the below and see how this automatically updates your score—our NPS calculator does all the work for you!
