Project Scope

We take a structured approach to project design. Our development process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. The goal of a creative process in design is to set clear milestones and deadlines ensuring timely delivery of the project. By its own nature, creativity is hard to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is extremely important to do so. Below is the scope we are recommending for The Partnership, Inc.

Building a Sustainable and Scalable Resume Book

The Partnership Inc. has a responsibility to deliver quality access to hiring pipeline leads for their sponsors and engaged stakeholders. Before, this goal has been met via the creation of a manual, PDF file with little-to-no digital engagement.

That’s where we come in. By re-designing this deliverable, The Partnership Inc. can capitalize on a dynamic, sustainable and scalable format. This project will include the following stages.

Collection

By implementing a proper collection method, we can allow for resume submissions throughout the entire year. Using a database building platform, such as Airtable, will allow us to properly embed and automate submission follow up.

Content Parsing

In this stage, we’ll automate the individual resume parsing. Resume parsing refers to the automated storage, organization and analysis of job resumes to enable the categorization stage.

Categorization

Once the documents have been parsed, we’ll use previous categories and recommend a robust system to allow for tagging, filtering and sorting of the resumes in a format that will be digestible and impactful for sponsors and partners to engage with.

Deliverable Display

At this point, we’ll provide the iframe coding for the internal website team to embed the Resume Book and allow for a seamless transition for existing partners.

Project Final Delivery Date: November 30th, 11:59pm.

This Project will consist of a digital resume book that collects, stores and filters resumes and is embeddable on any website per the specifications above.

Your Investment

Project based pricing is a fixed pricing model providing one flat fee for a specified project. The fixed-price model works best for small projects with limited features and clear requirements.

Any additional work can be scoped as a new project or added on a Time & Materials basis and charged hourly at a fixed rate of $50 per hour. Retainer options available upon request. To avoid delays and keep work on schedule, we require a 30% deposit, billed when the contract is signed, and a payment method on file before starting work. All remaining fees shall be invoiced monthly to the Client.

The primary expense required for this project will be an online software tool named Airtable, at the professional tier ($20 per month, billed annually). This expense will be incurred directly by the client. Additional recommended software will be discussed throughout the project based on the best match for The Partnership Inc.’s needs.

Payment Schedule

Invoice date will be on the 15th of the month, Clients have net 15 business days to complete payment, calculated from the date notified of the invoice. Full payment of the Project Price for services and deliverables rendered will be charged on the Final Delivery Date.
