We are thrilled to present our comprehensive Graphic Design Support Retainer options to elevate your brand's visual communication and drive business success. Our skilled team is equipped to handle a variety of tasks, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and captivating designs across all marketing platforms.

The retainer will cover a range of graphic design services to ensure your branding and marketing materials stay fresh, engaging, and aligned with your brand strategy. Our services under this retainer include, but are not limited to:

Marketing Collateral: Design and production of brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and other print materials.

Digital Graphics: Creation of eye-catching graphics for social media posts, email banners, and website elements.

Presentation Design: Designing visually appealing and impactful presentations for various purposes.

Branding Updates: Implementing any necessary updates to your brand identity and collateral as your business evolves.

Advertisements: Designing compelling graphics for online and offline advertising campaigns.

Email Templates: Crafting engaging and professional email templates that align with your brand identity and drive higher open and click-through rates.

Retainer Terms

Capacity: Our Starter plan includes support of one project at a time, Standard goes up to two projects and Premium will allow three projects at a time.

Response Time: We guarantee a response to any design requests within 24 hours with a clear project timeline.

Monthly Review: We will schedule a monthly review meeting to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming design needs. Additional meetings will count towards the monthly retainer.

Allocation of Hours: If a project requires additional hours beyond the monthly limit in any given month, we will promptly notify you. Unused hours will not be rolled over into the following month.

Moving Retainer Level: For any changes to your retainer level, we require a minimum of 30 days notice. Whether you wish to move up or down in retainer, please provide written notice, and we will promptly process the adjustment.

Your Investment

We take a structured approach to marketing & design. Our development process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. The goal of a creative process in graphic design is to set clear milestones and deadlines ensuring timely delivery of the project. By its own nature, creativity is hard to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is extremely important to do so.

Below is the monthly budget we've estimated based on the scope of services outlined earlier in this proposal. If you have any questions about our pricing or need to increase or decrease the scope of work, please let us know.

Any additional work can be scoped as a new project or added on a Time & Materials basis and charged hourly at a fixed rate of $80 per hour.

CAMI Studio develops an invested interest in the success of the business we work with which encourages us to be proactive and develop Intimate understanding of your brand, business and industry sector. We prefer to work this way, which is why we offer an additional 5% discounts for clients that bundle up with us for at least 6 months!
