Scope of Work

We take a structured approach to marketing and design. Our development process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. The goal of a creative process in graphic design is to set clear milestones and deadlines ensuring timely delivery of the project. By its own nature, creativity is hard to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is extremely important to do so. Here’s what you can expect:

Beyond any strategy sessions outlined in the proposal, one 30-minute call per 2 weeks is included in the scope of this agreement. These calls are not required or an integral part of the project process but are available to Client if they so choose. Time spent on calls beyond this limit will be billed at an hourly rate.

In addition to the previous project scope, we also offer fractional marketing services on retainer. Our retainer packages are flexible, and our recommended scope is included in the next section.

All of our packages include emergency consulting sessions for product launches, PR issues, etc.
