Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access a Patient's Transaction History

Open a patient’s profile from the Patient List.
Click the "History" button.
The Transaction History Page will display:
Date of Payment
Amount Paid
Payment Method (Credit Card, Cash, E-Check, etc.)
Status (Paid, Failed, Pending, Refunded)
