Manual Reports

Overview

The Manual Reports feature in the Reports tab allows users to generate transaction reports based on selected filters. Users can customize reports, view transaction results, and export data as a CSV file.

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Tab

Log in to the Lab3 BillPay Dashboard.
Click "Reports" from the left sidebar menu.
Select the "Manual Report" tab at the top.

Step 2: Apply Search Filters

Click "Search Filters" to expand the filter options.
Configure the following fields:
Start Date & End Date: Select the date range for the report.
Amount Range: Enter the minimum and maximum transaction amount.
Payment Methods: Select one or multiple payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Cash, E-Check, Terminal).
Users: Select users associated with the transactions (Admin User, Staff User).
Status: Choose transaction statuses (Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded).
Account Numbers: Enter specific account numbers (comma-separated) to filter by patient accounts.
Additional Fields: Select extra data fields such as Patient Status.

Step 3: Generate the Report

Once all filters are set, click "Generate Report".
The system will generate a report based on the selected criteria.
If needed, click "Reset Filters" to clear all fields and start over.

Step 4: View Transaction Results

The generated transactions will be listed under Transaction Results.
The table includes details like:
Date
Account Number
Amount
Patient Name
Payment Method
Payment Type
Clinic
Status (Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded)

Step 5: Export Report as CSV

To export data, select individual transactions or click "Select All" to include all transactions.
Click the "Export Selected" button (Green button).
The report will be downloaded as a CSV file for further analysis.

Key Notes

Users can generate reports using multiple filters for accurate results.Transaction results provide an overview of payments, statuses, and methods used.Reports can be exported in CSV format for record-keeping or further analysis.The "Select All" option allows exporting multiple transactions at once.
