Overview
Click "View" under the Actions column. Choose to Print, Download, or Email the statement. Click "Make a Payment" to pay part or all of the balance. Choose a Payment Method and complete the transaction. ➡ Next Step: Payment updates automatically, and users can review it in Transactions or Statements.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: View, Print, or Send a Billing Statement
Locate the statement in the Statements section. Click "View" under the Actions column. From the statement page, choose one of the following: Click "Print" to generate a PDF version. Click "Send Statement" to email the billing statement to the patient. If applicable, click "Download" to save the statement. Step 2: Make a Direct Payment from a Statement
From the statement page, click "Make a Payment". Enter the Payment Amount and choose an Encounter Type. Select the Payment Method (Credit Card, E-Check, Cash, or Terminal Pay). Click "Process Payment" to complete the transaction. The remaining balance will update automatically.
