From a margin perspective, the Conversion below seems to me the absolute best case scenario (QYLD Stock + QYLD Synthetic Short a bit below the money). Forgetting the lack of enough liquidity in the options market for QYLD — making this tactic impractical to execute at scale — seems to me the absolute best margin treatment for QYLD maxes out below 10x.
