Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage all aspects of the sales process: designing and delivering sales presentations, running demo sessions, handling objections, developing sales emails, relentless follow-ups and closing clients
Outreach: Develop current outbound marketing channels and implement new leads generation projects (email outreach and marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc)
Expand: Develop partnerships program with marketing agencies and identify and close new partnerships
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Improve: Monitor and implement best sales practices in addition to staying on top of the latest influencer marketing and paid social trends to ensure goal achievement
Teamwork: Build and maintain relationships with our marketing head to make decisions regarding operational activities and strategic goals
Architect: Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Reporting: Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, and coordinate activities to increase key metrics
Collaborate: Increase product knowledge through regular exchanges with customers and the product team
Improve: Continually seek opportunities for improving the customer journey before purchase
Provide constant feedback from demo sessions to the product team
Manage all needed strategic changes associated with working in a startup environment
Drive growth in recurring revenue by increasing the amount of demo sessions, conversion rate from demo to purchase, and the amount of new customers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience, which include successfully completing and owning sales operation tasks and responsibilities (preferably in b2b SaaS)
A proven ability to plan and manage sales processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentations, MS Office and CRM software (experience with HubSpot is the plus)
Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs and OKRs
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and self-management skills
Experience working with all levels of management internally and externally
Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
High level of empathy, customer-oriented mindset
Proactive and with leadership skills
Advanced level of English (both, spoken and written)
Being able to work in the EST time zone
Preferred experiences:
Sales team management experience
Experience in selling SaaS
Proven experience in sales to SMBs
Successful experience working remote
