Internal HELMS Users (Credentialing Staffs)

HELMS can initiate more than one Inspection for a facility regardless of Inspection Status

Credential Officer should be able to all the Inspections and details of the facility

Credentialing Staff will need the Facility’s Credential Number, Facility Name

Add the reason for the Inspection (Text Field)

Due Date but not required

Staffs should be able to see the Up-Coming and New Inspections as well as the assigned ones

Inspection details page will contain the following

Whether its a Multi Facility

Region (County of the Facility)

Assigned to

Alert Inspectors of Past Dues Inspections and 2 weeks prior
