If a customer is reporting paying postage to receive their item, we need to switch their membership to be switched first class!
This happens when a local post office has trouble processing our items, therefore it will happen again and again to the same customers
How to solve:
Pull up the customer on recharge, Note their current subscription price, in this case it was $9.00, then click Actions > Swap
2. Swap to the following product, named: Blades + Pre-Shave Plan (Monthly First Class)
3. Edit the price to what it was in their existing subscription
4. There next shipment will be shipped as first class and this issue should not happen again
