PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Some customers may be on a pre-paid subscription. This means they’ve prepaid their next 3 months of refills. You may be unable to edit frequency if customer is on a pre-paid subscriptions, in this case you would toggle them off prepaid subscription in the edit-frequency selector. Again, this would only be in the case the customer wanted to change their shipping frequency to better match how often they shave!
