The Master & The Acolyte, are roles and not positionsEach teacher within the classroom are teachers, not assistants, not aids, teachers, equals.Classroom Dynamics → One teacher is The Master they are the teacher that presents, orates, they are the active teacherThe Acolyte is the supportive teacher, they answer questions in the Lyceum app by moderating chat, personal questions, sidebar conversations, they gauge the classroom dynamics by seeing if the lesson being taught by the Master is being understood.The Master ↔ The Acolyte roles are fluid not fixed. Teachers have the power to decide their roles based on needs. It is not permanent they can orchestrate the classroom dynamics as they see fit for the best learning environment for their classroom.
Minimum Salary: §12,000 Lura, $60,0000 USDSalary & Wage increases are based upon biannual performance reviews.Stipend(s) are provided by default. They are to be used for any additional applications, books, or resources that assist with your profession. Reimbursements are provided for those that wish to further develop professionally and refine skills that aid in your Vexillum career. Lastly, to ensure that funding is not an obstacle in edification we do allow pre-approvals. This option disperses funding into your stipend account automatically.
If a pre-approval is not submitted the standard reimbursement process is to be followed.

We are not teaching for tests we are testing for competency. There are no mandatory exams, but there are mandatory competencies.
There will be random questions that appear within the lyceum app that the students will have to answer and we use the information received to understand their competency levels.
You will receive the information before the student so that you know what to expect. We expect you to be proactive. If you know your students are struggling with a certain subject we want to know so that we can shift.
We want all teachers to foster an active environment of learning. We want it to be fun for not only the students but yourself. If you ever need assistance or have an idea we welcome it.

A New Way Of Teaching
The Classroom
All classrooms are fully furnished and staged for optimal teaching and learning experiences. However, the space does include individual controls that allow you to adjust the temperature, lighting, and even scent because sometimes in closed environments, a single scent molecule can disrupt the most elegant lessons.
Additionally, each classroom does include a mini-fridge stocked with waters, coffees, teas and energy drinks along with small snacks for endurance while teaching.

All materials & supplies are provided for students and vexillum.
Technology
The Lyceum app is a communication app that is used within all education facilities.
The Vex Academy is an exclusive Vexillum platform that assists with teaching and learning experiences.
THE MASTER & THE ACOLYTE — THE DYAD TEACHING METHOD
The Master & The Acolyte: The teaching duo.
No longer will teachers manage a classroom independently, they will have another teacher within the same space.
This will allow teachers to play to their strengths. Some teachers are talented orators, they can paint the lesson beautifully for students to understand.
Other teachers are talented at guidance and instructions, being able to simplify the process so that it is easily understood by the student increases confidence.
This is a huge advantage because now you no longer have to worry about taking days off, searching for a substitute teacher. It also means that each student will be able to receive the attention needed.
Our Process for Scouting Masters and Acolytes
The Vexalorre Careers Portal will post listings for new teachers so that people can start applying for the position.
We will send a professional questionnaire, personality tests, and then schedule a one on one meeting with each teacher. Every questionnaire, test and the one on one meeting you are encouraged to be vocal and provide feedback.
Once the process is completed we will review our results with you to confirm the partner we have in mind for you matches what you want. After that will start the process of selecting your partner and allowing you to also interview them before we make a final decision.

The Vexillum Officium
The Vexalorre & Kylleric Empires were built with trust, logic, and deep understanding. Therefore, all space within The Legatio is never monitored because trust is belief without verification.
Workspace
Full desks with desktop computers, full printing shop, faxing, scanning, and binding options. Also includes, materials & supplies storage cove fully stocked with the basics.
Lounge
Ample plush seating with handwoven blankets, throws and pillows. Apothecary, fully stocked with OTC items and additionals such as hand & body creams, lip balms, moist hand-wipes, and more.
Eatery
Fully stocked kitchen and walk-in pantry.
The kitchen has granite countertops, fully stocked cabinets and drawers that hold fine china along with utensils for serving and eating. Nespresso and Keurig machines, four-slice toasters, countertop convection ovens and dual-basket air-fryers. Furthermore, to assist with reducing waiting times the kitchen does hold four microwaves and three refrigerators.
One refrigerator for holding lunches with labeled shelves and automatic reminders for unstocking. Another fridge is fully stocked by the empire and includes an array of drinks, cold meals and ready-to-heat gourmet cuisine that is hearty or light depending on your choice. The third refrigerator is a walk-in that can be used to store larger items for events and/or demonstrations.
