PROVISION CREATOR: EMPRESS KILLIAN The Foundry is a Vexalorre Empire initiative that empowers students to operate micro-enterprises within their schools as part of their education.
The goal is to:
Provide hands-on experience in business, production, logistics, and creative fields Generate revenue that supports kingdom educational systems Promote innovation, responsibility, and leadership
This is not a sweatshop model. It is an educational ecosystem designed to mirror a sovereign economy in miniature, reinforcing real-world skills while instilling pride and ownership in students. Participation in The Foundry is completely voluntary.
STRUCTURES & ROLES
Each participating school establishes a Foundry Team, guided by a faculty advisor but primarily student-led. Roles include:
Creative Lead: Develops product ideas Production Manager: Oversees item creation Logistics Coordinator: Handles packaging, delivery, and inventory Finance Officer: Manages earnings and expense tracking Marketing & Comms Rep: Runs social media, marketplace listings, and internal PR Additional roles may include Quality Control, Photography, Customer Care, etc. Older students can mentor younger ones.

Foundry products must be:
Ethically made, safe, and educationally enriching Approved by a rotating council of students and educators Culturally respectful and locally inspired Digital & Physical Products could include:
Stickers, pins, bookmarks, crafts Digital content (art packs, wallpapers, student-designed icons) Mini-zines or short comics Empress & Emperor fan items Seasonal crafts tied to school curriculum MARKETPLACE
Each Foundry gets a storefront on The Foundry Marketplace, a secure Vexalorre-hosted platform with kingdom filters.

Each student gets to choose which domain they want to build their market on. The current available domains are:
ECONOMIC MODEL
70% of all profits go to the student creator or team 20% is reinvested into the school’s educational budget 10% supports the broader Vexalorre Education Infrastructure Fund Students may also receive badges, honors, and scholarships based on performance.
