Basics & Essentials: Textbooks, tablets, laptops, and all school supplies such as pencils, calculators, notebooks, etc.Lyceum App: Vexalorre’s official classroom communication and collaboration platform. It functions like a cross between Slack and Discord, but was designed specifically for teachers and students inside the empire.

NUTRITION PROGRAM
All school age children will receive complete meals and snacks when enrolled in school. There is no additional cost for this service and there are no additional documents that need to be completed. This is the standard nutrition program.
MEALS
SNACKS & ADDITIONALS
THE KITCH — These are in-school pantries that are hosted within and throughout the school facility. There are no doors to ensure that it is always accessible. The Kitch is open at all times including before and after school to allow all to enjoy ample snacks, drinks, meals and Porter Bags.
PORTER BAGS — Prepackaged Grab & Go Bags that includes full-sized hearty meals that can feed up to two and includes an assortment of nutrient dense snacks and an indulgent treat. Utensils are provided.
Note: You are more than welcome to bring your own bag.

A New Way Of Learning — The Student Experience
Master & Acolyte - The Dyad Teaching Method
All classrooms will have lyceum devices at all student desks. This is an electrical device that is used in the classroom that allows students to ask questions without feeling they are incompetent. The device can be used for surveys, polls, and more.
Competency Over Memorizing
We are not teaching for tests we are testing for competency. There are no mandatory exams, but there are mandatory competencies.
There will be random questions that appear within the Lyceum app that the students will have to answer and we use the information received to understand their competency levels.
INCLUDED MATERIALS & SUPPLIES
All Vexalorre Empire establishments/institutions are textbook based. We believe in science and this is the proven method of learning. This means that educational material will be taught from textbooks and whiteboards/chalkboards will be used. However for assignments, research, etc. tablet/laptop use is permitted. All materials & supplies for teachers and students will be provided by the empire.
