The UK government’s
allows employers to create new 6-month job placements for young people who are currently on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.
Funding is available for 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week
There is also £1,500 per job placement available for setup costs, support and training
However, the scheme requires employers who are hiring less than 30 placements to form a consortium to apply.
This platform tries to make the process easier by:
Listing available consortiums, so SMEs can join directly:
Matchmaking between SMEs who can’t find a suitable consortium:
if you have any questions.
