Why should you use this User Profile Sync?
Don’t pay to have one or multiple profile master! Pull in user attribute data with a pack and push it straight to Okta!
For teams that use an HRIS that doesn’t have a direct integration with Okta, keeping attributes in sync is a pain. In this example, you need to have a source of truth. You can either keep the employee information in Coda or build a Pack for your HRIS that will bring only the information you plan on syncing to Okta. These would typically be sources of data that the HR team manages.
Instructions
When the Okta users table re-syncs, the new updated value will match the source of truth’s value, rendering the update button for the value disabled.
