A flexible new hire onboarding template you can use for your team showing the progress for how many tasks the new hire has completed.

About This Doc

Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and the onboarding itinerary you created for the next two weeks needs to be updated 😒.
It’s a good thing you didn’t print it out....over and over and over. This doc allows the onboarding of your team to remain fluid, and is a great way to introduce your new colleagues to Coda . ☠️🖨️☠️
Leveraging the Card layout for a table, it is very easy to drag and drop your onboarding itinerary throughout the first two weeks. ↕️↔️
From this Template page, update the first 5 lists to fit your team’s needs and you’re off to the races 🎠 !

How to copy this template for new colleagues

From the menu bar on the left, hover over the Template page and select the “...” then choose Duplicate

Select “DUPLICATE DATA INSTEAD” from the pop-up window at the bottom of the table of the newly created page
Change the name of the page to the colleague’s name
Rename the table with the colleague’s name following by Onboard ie: Kevin L Onboarding
Allow the colleague choose their icon and cover photo (but you’ll have to show them how)
Drag and drop each item into the appropriate day for that item to be accomplished OR open each item and select the List drop down to pick a day to move the item to
Change each day’s date to match their first two weeks of onboarding
Once the new onboarding page is complete, you can delete or collapse these instructions
