COP and sales demos of ULTRA place a continual demand on staff to prepare environments and information. A demo program and expansion of the community of practice needs to be expanded so that the company continually has available 'living' environments that show the latest features. Create a library of case studies.
Make at least 3 customer demo environments available before end of Dec-21, with clear engagement process of introductory videos and consistent WUI access to the environment. Environments kept in line with current release code and standard settings. 2nd quarter to build on this introducing data lifecycle within the environments.

Capture the Renegades & upgrades

Establish a clear pathway for the renegades, building on the availability of monitoring data, demo environments and demonstration of new features.
Establish a strategy for each renegade customer, identifying their pain points and providing a proposal to establish a track for each one. Capturing renegades will require a clear upgrade strategy for ULTRA which has an overlap with onboarding processes.
