2023 Review

Overview

During 2023, we made significant progress on the Admin Dashboard. You can view the live version using the following credentials:

Users

Admin Dashboard makes it easy for management to view full list of members and guests, see their details, and add comments or notes about each. The user list table allows you to add, change, or remove table columns to help you find what you're looking for.

User List

In the ‘Users’ section, you will find a list of all registered users on the EFC app. This includes paying members, guests (people invited by members), and non-paying members (people who have signed up but not paid for a membership).

User Details (Baseball Card)

If you click on a user from the Users list, you will be taken to the ‘User details’ screen. On this screen, you will be able to view all known information about any given user.

Within the 'Onboarding questions' tab (title will be changed to 'Additional information'), our team will be able to view any and all information we've collected about the user. This information would need to be provided by the user directly, and typically happens during the 'New member onboarding' process.

Flights

Flight List

Admin Dashboard will be the best place for management to view real-time flight information. This flight information is being pulled directly from TTI Zenith, and is updated every ~10 minutes. On the 'Flights' page, you will see our upcoming flights, along with important details about each flight (i.e. flight #, airports, load factor, and any other metric we want to see)

Flight Details

This screen is where we have the most work to do. As you’ll read in the ‘2024 Planning’ section, we plan to develop this section significantly. We would like to include a list of passengers, the seat map, and more.
