Account creation

For new users, they will need to create a new

In order to create an account with EFC, users must provide:

Legal first & last name

Phone number (used for sign-in authentication)

Email address (used for notifications, Special Services)

Become a Member

Once a user has created their account, they will be able to ‘Become a member’ of EFC.

Need to redesign ‘Membership’ screen (where it lists membership cost)

Identity Verification

In the onboarding process, we have included an ‘identity verification’ step that requests for our members to provide us a picture of their drivers license.

By doing this, we will be able to more securely verify each members’ identity. Additionally, we can use the ID picture to help identify passengers for check-in.

Note: We should consider making this step optional. Some members (especially if they’re high-profile) may not be willing to share a picture of their license. Instead, we would require these users to provide the information we need, including:

Legal name

Date of birth

Country of residence

During onboarding, members will be prompted to answer a series of questions. These questions are not required, but should be designed to help EFC deliver a better experience for members.
