Let’s say you have
10
contact titles to update

Does this sound familiar? ✋
10x: Open the report in Salesforce.
10x: Open a contact in a new tab.
10x: Click edit for the contact.
10x: Open Linkedin in another tab.
10x: Type [Person’s name] into the search panel. Press enter.
10x: Copy their title.
10x: Return to Salesforce.
10x: Paste their title in the correct field.
10x: Press save.
Total clicks: 90

Save your fingers! There’s a better way 😍
Press Open all profiles
10x: Navigate to the correct tab.
10x: Copy each person’s title.
10x: Paste their title in the correct row below.
Press Update all titles
Press the arrow to resync the table.
