When the associate created a Site Test mission, a CRE test mission was created instead. We are able to edit it back to Site, but initially, a CRE mission is created

The admin activity log is showing a timing discrepancy. Zendesk uses PST timings, while the admin records timings based on the country from which a person is working whenever they take action. This creates confusion for associates.

The pilot is receiving multiple mission notifications even though we notified only once

CRE airspace needs to be standardized. Sometimes Kaz informs to shoot at 100 feet, while Jesus instructs to shoot at 150 feet. However, we actually need to shoot at 350 feet.

The assets were in processing only
Victoria attempted to provide Trakstar access; however, the user is unable to log in. This issue has occurred multiple times in the past as well—despite US Ops granting Trakstar access to these individuals, the accounts were not successfully activated.

The payment was made to the pilot, but it was not processed in the Admin. If the associate attempts to make the payment again, it results in a duplicate payment.

An error occurs when attempting to notify the pilot. The system displays an error indicating that the mission already has a pilot and cannot be notified. However, the mission has not actually been accepted by the pilot.
