Sync page access control
Sync specific pages into another doc to share with a different audience, without granting source doc access. This gives collaborators access to the information they need, while keeping the rest of a user’s doc private and secure.

Grids
Grids allow users to create beautiful layouts that showcase their content, without worrying about column names, filters, or other advanced table features.

Cross-doc filtering
Users can create dynamic sync filters when setting up a cross-doc table that pre-filter the rows and columns before they are synced into a doc. This better supports hub and spoke use cases and makes cross-doc filters more secure and performant.

Improved in-doc search
Our new in-doc search includes improved matching and ranking, a default search state that allows users to navigate to recents before typing anything, an expanded search modal to make it easier to parse through results, and a more prominent search placement.

Subitems
Subitems allow users to nest rows within a table, enabling them to break their work into smaller sections (i.e. subtasks).

Pack approvals and management
Admins can customize access to Packs. They can allow specific individuals / groups to access the Pack, and also control what functionality of the Pack can be used by these members.

Managing deprovisioned users and docs
Admins can transfer docs owned by deactivated users from admin settings. They can bulk transfer all the docs to a new owner or individually transfer docs to the right business owners to ensure business continuity

Improved SSO/SAML setup
We’ve made a number of improvements to reduce SSO/SAML setup. Highlights include:

Multi-department billing

Workspace pinning permissions
Better manage your workspace home by controlling who is allowed to pin docs and templates. To configure this setting, go to your Admin settings → Membership policies tab.

Admin settings (previously "Org settings" or "Workspace settings"
A single "Admin settings" entry point that can be accessed in the doclist nav or by clicking on your profile icon in the top right. We've also re-organized and re-named some settings to be more intuitive, and added the ability to search within settings.

Self-serve doc transfer
Admins now have the option to allow Doc Makers to claim unowned docs they have edit access to. There is also a 7-day grace period before the doc goes read-only to minimize interruptions for your team.

The default workspace
The default workspace is designed to streamline and centralize org member access within your Coda workspace(s). Establishing a default workspace will help you prevent the accidental creation of individual workspaces and ensure new and returning users are correctly placed.
