to view server usage reporting download from the licenses portal and open packaged workflow in designer, configure and run the ouputs. direct access to mongoDB is required.

tableau:

studios by # of users, names of users and roles, low activity users, login history

all apps running on server, how often they run, workflow run details

how many apps/macros are used, all workflows and attributes

if workflows are being downloaded from a browser or used in gallery

all scheduled runs and error messages

pdf/excel:

sessions per day, app executions per day

detail on all app executions by indiv app

detail on app app executions by user

session activity/length report detail by user
