Admin should be able to track shippings
Admin should be able to have automated shipping system
User should be able to see his orders shipping status
Integration with:
DPD/DPD Business (Iloxx) - or another shipping providers client will be using API within Shipcloud integrations

Refunds
User should be able to refund products in case there are any problems with them User should be able to select reason for refund and based on reason one of two options needs to be handled: - return product and return users money back - return broken product and get another one (the same one) Procedure regarding shipping and payment should be included in this process We should determine who is handling shipping costs, user or shop owner in case of refunds

Inventory
User should be able to see all products he has bought in the past We might consider connecting manuals and products as this would enable user to simply access manual he actually needs from his inventory

Searching functionality
User should be able to search products or manuals by their name in case there are too many of them

Trusted shops integration
Users should be able to rate shop and individual products after they have placed an order
Users should be able to see all reviews - this could be done by product, so we could show reviews for individual products on product details page
