3️⃣ Create a Customer Feedback table with the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Product, and Feedback.
Clue :
Just type “/” followed by “Table” on the canvas and select “Table” in the list to create a table.
Double-click on a column header to change its name
Hover over a column header and click on the down arrow to change or edit its data type
4️⃣Create a form view of your Customer Feedback table.

This time, you’ll be prompted to either create a table from scratch ( Start blank ) or to connect to another table. Select the table you just created.
You can change the display of the table by going to Options>See all options>...More>Form
5️⃣Create a Coda Doc. Give it the name of a fictional company and embed the form you have created in the home page.

To find the embed code of the form you have created, go to Options>Publish>Embed This Form>Copy Embed
6️⃣ Beautify your company page with a cover photo from Unsplash and a page logo. Publish the page with the embedded form on the internet so your customers can easily give you feedback.

Click on “Share” in the top right corner of the interface. Then click on “Publish or embed this doc” . Be careful to select the publication settings that are most appropriate for your case.
🟠 Level 2
1️⃣You want to create a seamless customer experience. Use AI text completion to draft email replies to your customers. The response must be tailored to the content of their feedback to ensure good relationships with your customers.
Clues :
Create a dedicated text column for your email content.
The option to fill a column with AI appears at the bottom of empty text or number columns when you select their headers. You can also click the down arrow in the column’s header >Add AI.
Be careful not to use all your AI credits! Prepare a detailed prompt beforehand and make sure Coda knows where to find all the information it needs to include in the email.
2️⃣Create a button that sends an email to the customer directly from your Coda table.

Buttons are a column type in Coda!
You can choose a Gmail pack action to execute when you push your button.
3️⃣ Some of your colleagues only want to view the Customer Feedback for one of your products. Others only want to check the AI-generated drafts for quality before sending.
Allow them to filter the Customer Feedback table to suit their needs, and format your table so that the rows become green once they are processed.

You can create a Select List Column named Status to label each Customer Feedback
You can add a Filter bar on top of your table. The settings of this bar will only affect the user’s view. Go to Options>Filter>Enable Filter and make the Status column visible in the Filter bar.
To format your table, go to Options>See all options>Conditional format
4️⃣Your manager wants to have a more quantitative approach to Customer relationships. He wants to see the average rating of the company’s products. Display an average rating on the canvas that updates itself; the highest rating is 5, and the lowest is 1.
Clues :
You can create a rating column with the type “number” and autofill it with AI based on the sentiment expressed in the review.
Use “/” to create a formula on the canvas.
🔴 ADVANCED: Automations and Buttons.
1️⃣ You’re a bit tired of repeating the same task: changing the record’s label every time an email is sent. Create an automation 🤖 to handle this task.
Clues :
To create an automation, head over to the top bar of your doc and click °°°>Doc settings> Automations>Add rule. ( Take a look at the templates for inspiration! )
To trigger the automation, you will need to have proof that the action “Send email” has been performed. Explore the “Send Email” Button properties to find it!
2️⃣ Create a button that sends the email and updates the feedback status in one push. Once the actions are completed, this button is automatically disabled.
