Not much. I like to be customer and data driven. We aim to work on advisory and coaching projects but then also roll our selves up for more involved sales outsourcing. We have an AE and SDR/ MDR in the team.
Working in SA is not for the feint-hearted and have been fortunate to have been able to successfully lead teams through challenges that as a collective are probably fairly unique - we have power supply issues (load-shedding), 11 official languages and the cultural challenges that come with that, navigating apartheid and affirmative action 30 years later, and a work-force very quickly being left behind by the rest of the first world due to our often poor education delivery. Takes conviction, tenacity, patience, unwavering beliefs, and lots of applied learnings.
