-Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
-Manage and lead a team of operations managers and staff to ensure seamless and effective delivery of products or services.
-Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
-Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
-Manage the payroll process, including payroll tax compliance and reporting, and ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.
-Oversee the accounting and finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
-Collaborate with other departments and executives to ensure overall company success and growth.
