This new feature has been added in
where a user who configures the Phone Bridge attribute can assign the numbers for IVR calling in that particular EP via selecting from the drop-down.
The numbers in each EP will be mapped from the verticals they belong to.
This was done in order to prevent multiple EPs getting impacted due to spam marking of IVR numbers in a few calling projects by the end receivers.
As a project configuring team, I should be able to assign IVR numbers to specific to each project based on the number mapping allocated to their respective verticals, in order to prevent spamming of IVR numbers to affect projects across multiple verticals.
How to use
Execution Project → Configuring Data Fields → Add New Field → Type: Phone → Subtype: Phone Bridge
Multiple numbers to be displayed in the drop-down which are mapped with the vertical of the project.
3. PO will have the option to chose one from multiple numbers for the call bridge (single select).
